"Cassie has helped me buy four homes. Our own home and three rentals. She always goes above and beyond, working past business hours to get deals done. She has extensive knowledge of multiple real estate markets (we bought homes in Eden Prairie, Golden Valley, Saint Louis Park, and Minneapolis). She's also a great person! "In February 2019, we reached out to Cassie for her help to buy our first home in the Twin Cities. At the time, we were living in Madison, WI. From the beginning, Cassie was wonderful to work with, even with our limited ability to meet in person. She scheduled a consultation call right away and we started emailing back and forth about houses that we saw online. She was respectful of our price point and mindful our preferences. She was very responsive and timely with her answers. She suggested homes to us, and even offered to go look at some in person for us, since we weren't always able to travel to the cities when a house came on the market. When we were able to make it to the cities for a weekend, she made herself available to us. She efficiently scheduled appointments to all the homes we wanted to see without having to backtrack. When touring a home, she allowed us to explore, but also asked pointed questions to get us to think critically about the home and what we liked/didn't like. Once we found a house that we wanted to make an offer on, she helped to guide us through that process, clearly explaining the steps we would need to take. She advocated for us and our offer and it was accepted! She made us feel 100% supported throughout the entire process. We highly recommend Cassie to anyone in the Twin Cities looking for a realtor -- you'd be lucky to have her on your side."

"Cassie Wilcox Frick was absolutely wonderful when we purchased our home. We moved from out of state and searched for over a year... we also changed our mind about what we wanted a few (ok, a lot of) times. Cassie was patient with us and always eager to show us homes that met our new parameters. To Cassie's credit, we dragged her to a few awful properties... she always kept her sense of professionalism and humor! We saw and put an offer on the home we purchased within one hour of the home being listed thanks to Cassie. Cassie is very organized, prompt, knowledgeable and honest. "Cassie walked us through the process of buying our first home at a time when the housing market was very intimidating for first time home buyers. During our first conversation, she took down meticulous notes about our goals, our likes and dislikes, and much more. She was on top of upcoming listings and we managed to sign on our new home ahead of it hitting the market. "I highly recommend Cassie Frick if you are looking for a realtor. We recently sold and bought a home with her and Cassie made the process as easy and stress free as buying and selling a home could possibly be. Her communication with us throughout the whole process was above and beyond. She was quick to respond and extremely proactive with us. We have 3 young children, and she was so good about having realistic expectations when it came to getting our house ready to sell, which she sold in 1 day.
